What the service is
BETIX is a sports data app that compiles football match data and presents statistical analysis. Match lists, scores, fixtures, standings, line-ups, match events and statistical model output are provided for information and entertainment only.
BETIX does not take bets, does not accept betting slips, provides no betting or gambling service, and makes no promise or guarantee of winnings. Nothing in the app is investment, financial or betting advice; the decisions you make are your own responsibility.
Acceptance and changes
By using the app or betixapp.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. We may update these terms because of legal requirements or product changes; the current text is always published on this page and the date at the top is refreshed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility and age limit
The service is intended only for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use the app. You are also responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in.
Account and identity
You do not need to create an account or provide an email address, phone number or password to use BETIX. The app works as soon as it opens; your preferences and favourite matches are kept on your device. You are therefore responsible for the security of your device and for use of the app from it. When you enable notifications, the identifiers of the matches you follow and your notification token are synchronised with BETIX servers so that we can send alerts; the details are explained in the privacy policy.
Subscriptions and payment
BETIX can be used free of charge. The optional VIP subscription unlocks additional features and is offered in three periods:
- Weekly VIP subscription
- Monthly VIP subscription
- Yearly VIP subscription
Purchases are made through the store you downloaded the app from (Google Play or the App Store); BETIX does not receive or store your card details. The current price, currency and taxes are shown by the store on the purchase screen.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. Cancellations, renewals and refund requests are handled through the account settings and rules of the relevant store (Google Play or the App Store). If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Advertising and third-party services
The free version contains advertising, and some features can be unlocked temporarily by watching an ad. Google AdMob/UMP is used for ad delivery and consent management, and Firebase services for notifications, measurement and technical diagnostics. How these services handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
When using the service you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app or our servers, or create derivative works from them
- Collect, scrape or bulk download the content with automated tools, or send excessive or automated requests to our interfaces
- Copy, republish, sell or incorporate the content into a commercial service without permission
- Attempt to bypass the security, access limits or subscription checks of the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose
Third-party data and intellectual property
The app name, the interface design and the analysis BETIX produces itself belong to BETIX. Match data, scores, statistics, club and competition names and logos belong to the clubs, leagues and data owners concerned; this content is shown for information only and implies no official connection, sponsorship or endorsement.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Data is compiled from publicly available sources; it may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The accuracy, timeliness and uninterrupted availability of scores, statistics, odds and analysis output are not warranted. The official result is always the one announced by the relevant league or federation.
Statistical analysis consists of probability estimates based on past data; it does not determine future outcomes. BETIX cannot be held responsible for the decisions you make on the basis of information in the app or for their consequences. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BETIX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Suspension and termination of the service
We may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse, or a technical or legal obligation. We reserve the right to change, pause or stop offering all or part of the service. You may also end your use at any time by deleting the app; your subscription must be cancelled separately through the relevant store.

How personal data is processed and stored, and what rights you have, are explained in detail in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your own country are reserved. For questions: betix.support@gmail.com
