About BETIX
BETIX is a sports-data application that analyzes football match data and presents statistical model output. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only. BETIX does not operate betting, does not promote gambling, and does not guarantee financial gain.
Data we process
We apply data minimization. We do not ask for your name, phone number, home address, or precise location for the app to work. The following data may be processed:
- An anonymous user identifier and authentication token generated by Firebase
- A notification device token and match IDs followed for notifications
- App usage, crash and performance data
- Device/OS type, app version, and technical diagnostic information
- Advertising identifier, ad interactions, and consent preferences
- Subscription product, purchase verification, and access status
- An app-integrity verification token
- IP address, request time, and limited security logs
We do not collect or store payment-card details.
Local data on your device
Theme, language, ad-unlocked access, notification preferences, your choices, nickname and profile picture may be stored on your device. Favorite match IDs are also kept locally; if notifications are enabled, the related match IDs and notification token may be synced with BETIX servers to deliver alerts. Local data is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Third-party services
BETIX may use Google AdMob/UMP for advertising and consent management, Google Play Billing for subscriptions, Firebase Authentication for anonymous identity, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, Firebase Analytics for usage measurement, Firebase Crashlytics for technical diagnostics, and Google Play Integrity for app integrity. These services may process data under their own policies, outside your country.
Match statistics, odds, scores, lineups and events are compiled from publicly accessible sports data sources. User identities and notification tokens are not shared with these sports data sources.
Notifications
With your permission, we may send notifications about favorite matches, goals/cards/lineups and match status, the publication of daily VIP picks, and pick results. You can turn off notifications from the app or device settings.
Security, sharing and retention
We use HTTPS in transit and limit access to the systems required for the relevant function. We do not sell data. Service providers may process data for app operation, security, subscription verification, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, and — depending on your consent preferences — advertising purposes. Data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or legal obligations. Deletion from security logs and backups may take a reasonable technical amount of time.
Your rights and deletion requests
Under GDPR/LGPD, KVKK, and other applicable laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or object. You may request deletion of your anonymous user identifier, notification token, and server-synced favorites through the Support Center or by emailing betix.support@gmail.com. We may ask only for the technical information necessary to locate the correct record.
Age restriction
BETIX is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not intend to knowingly collect data from, or serve personalized ads to, individuals under 18.
